During her “Weekends With Adele” show at Caesars Palace on Friday, May 17, the 36-year-old singer surprised the crowd with an announcement.
Adele shared her desire to have another child after fulfilling her current obligations and shows. She expressed a preference for having a girl this time, noting humorously that she expects her daughter would both be the person she loves the most and possibly the one who puts her in her place the most.
Adele, who had to pause her residency in March due to illness, also spoke about the possibility of having a daughter with her partner, Rich Paul. She affectionately referred to the potential daughter as a “bossy little queen” with her and Rich as parents.
Adele already has a son, Angelo, 11, from her previous marriage with Simon Konecki.
During the show, Adele also congratulated her partner’s daughter, Reonna Simone Paul, on her graduation from Clark Atlanta University.
Adele and Rich Paul were first linked in July 2021 and made their Instagram debut together a few months later.
Despite referring to each other as husband and wife, they are not legally married, as confirmed by Us Weekly in October 2023.
Adele has been candid about motherhood and her career, reflecting on her journey and success at various public events.
