Former president Donald Trump, during a lengthy news conference in New York on Friday, pledged to challenge his conviction on all counts in his hush money trial, labeling it “a scam.”
On Thursday, a New York jury found Trump guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records to cover up a hush money payment to an adult-film actress.
In his Friday statements, Trump criticized the judge and prosecutor and expressed various complaints about the process, making several false and misleading statements.
He did not take any questions from reporters.
