Nigerian afrobeat star Wizkid has been nominated for seven awards at the Africa Arts Entertainments Awards (AAEA). The AAEA aims to celebrate achievements in music across Africa.
Wizkid is up for several honors, including AAEA’s Best Continental Male Artiste and Continental Artiste of the Year.
His album ‘S2’ is nominated for Continental Album/EP of the Year, and he’s recognized for various collaborations and singles.
Nominations include Best Continental Intl Feature for ‘Work Me Out,’ Best Continental Afro RnB Hit for ‘Money & Love,’ Best Continental Afro Rap Fusion Hit for ‘IDK,’ and Best Continental Afro RnB Hit for ‘Ebelebe.’
The award ceremony is scheduled for August 17, 2024, in Kenya.
