Elon Musk has denied claims that he is contributing millions of dollars each month to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. A recent Wall Street Journal report alleged Musk was giving $45 million monthly to Trump.
In a podcast interview with Jordan Peterson, Musk dismissed these claims as false, clarifying that he is not making such donations.
Musk confirmed that he founded the America PAC in July, but he emphasized that it is not intended to be a partisan organization that heavily funds conservative causes. Instead, he said its purpose is to promote the principles that he believes made America great.
Historically, Musk has supported Democratic candidates like Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden. However, he has moved towards more conservative views in recent years, criticizing progressive policies and endorsing Trump.
Despite this shift, Musk stated that he does not fully align with Trump’s MAGA movement, describing his own stance as “Make America Greater” rather than MAGA.
