A 19-year-old healthcare worker from Georgia, Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, has been charged with felony exploitation of a disabled person after a TikTok video showed her dancing provocatively on a disabled individual’s head.
The viral video, which was later deleted, prompted a police investigation after authorities were alerted by concerned viewers.
Koiyan, seen wearing scrubs and a stethoscope in the footage, allegedly filmed and shared the act for social media attention. Loganville Police Chief Dick Lowry condemned the incident, calling it an act of exploitation. Koiyan remains in custody as investigators consider additional charges related to another video.
