The Grammy-winning artist shared a video from a hospital Monday night, where he struggled to smile and expressed concern over the unexpected condition. Captioning the clip with, “Soooo lost control of the right side of my face,” he appeared visibly frustrated. Fans quickly flooded him with messages of support and concern, urging transparency about his health and wishing him a quick recovery.
In follow-up Instagram Stories, the rapper—born Montero Hill—admitted he felt “cooked,” but tried to reassure fans, saying, “Stop being sad for me! Imma look funny for a lil bit but that’s it.” Known for his breakout hit Old Town Road and multiple award wins, Lil Nas X has faced a recent lull in his career. Earlier this year, reports surfaced that he parted ways with his manager and described himself as being in his “flop era” in a TikTok post.
