The report details the grim scene found by police, including the presence of liquor bottles, crack pipes, and a disheveled living space emitting a foul odor.
The autopsy revealed that Breedlove suffered from acute intoxication due to a combination of fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl, cocaine, and ethanol.
