The cause of death for Nashawn Breedlove, known for his role in 8 Mile, was disclosed on Friday. According to the New Jersey Medical Examiner, he died from ‘acute intoxication from fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl, cocaine, and ethanol,’ with the death ruled as accidental.

The autopsy report mentioned his body was found decomposed on the bedroom floor of his apartment, discovered after police forcibly entered due to a neighbor’s complaint about a fluid leak from above.
