Emphasizing its social media-friendly attributes, Samsung claimed that the S24 line facilitates faster uploads to platforms like Snapchat and Instagram. The company announced that this phone line will be the first to directly publish HDR photos to Instagram.
The top-tier Galaxy S24 Ultra model boasts a new 50-megapixel, 5x optical camera.
Samsung highlighted the S24 line’s environmental aspects, mentioning a 5% improvement in battery efficiency, increased use of recycled materials, and commitment to providing seven years of security and operating system updates. The Ultra model comes with a titanium frame and a robust “Gorilla Armor” display.
