A woman from Los Angeles is suing comedian Bill Cosby, alleging sexual assault in the Elvis Presley suite at the Las Vegas Hilton when she was a teenager in 1986.
Chelan Lasha, 54, seeks compensatory damages for physical injuries and emotional trauma.
The lawsuit includes claims of sexual abuse, battery, assault, emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.
Lasha, who previously testified against Cosby in 2018, alleges Cosby drugged and assaulted her after gaining her trust.
