Despite Tiffany Haddish’s affection for the Beverly Hills jail, she won’t serve more time after striking a plea deal on two dropped misdemeanor DUI charges.
Instead, she pleaded no contest to a reduced vehicle code violation known as “wet reckless,” receiving a year of probation, a driver’s education program, and various community service requirements.
Haddish’s attorney anticipates the violation being expunged from her record, following an arrest where she was found asleep behind the wheel on Thanksgiving weekend.
She still faces a DUI case in Georgia from 2022.
