On January 14, it is claimed that Allison Schardin, 38, a married mother of two boys, ages 8 and 12, sexually assaulted the 15-year-old boys in a Roseville, Minnesota, hotel room while another boy looked on.
The boys are members of a youth hockey team from Colorado, the Star Tribune reports, and were staying at the same hotel to play in a hockey tournament.
According to the Star Tribune, the boys were staying at the same hotel to compete in a hockey tournament. They are players on a Colorado youth hockey team.
The boys asked Schardin to leave, saying they were uncomfortable. She texted one of the boys on Snapchat after meeting the members in the hotel hot tub and discussing her marital issues with them.
After a fight with her husband, Schardin texted one of the boys when they got back to their room to ask if she could visit them.
She is reported to have asked the boys how old they were when she first entered the room and told them they were young enough to be her children.
After inquiring about the boys’ level of sexual activity, she had sex with two of them.
Schardin allegedly showed up at the boys hockey game in Colorado after they got back home and kept texting them.
According to the criminal complaint, Schardin acknowledged kissing the boys, engaging in sexual relations with them, and requesting a condom.
She was arrested on Thursday and is scheduled to appear in court on two counts of engaging in criminal sexual activity.
