Amaechi Muonagor, a distinguished figure in Nigeria’s film industry, Nollywood, is currently grappling with the aftermath of a partial stroke that has left half of his left leg paralyzed.
The 61-year-old actor, renowned for his remarkable roles in numerous Nigerian films, disclosed that this health setback occurred during the filming of a movie in Nnewi, Anambra State, early in 2023.
Following the sudden ailment, he was swiftly transported to a local hospital, where he spent two months before being relocated to the Teaching Hospital Nnewi, where he continues his medical journey.
In a poignant video shared online, Amaechi Muonagor makes a heartfelt plea to his fans and fellow colleagues, revealing his inability to walk independently and expressing the pressing need for financial assistance to alleviate the mounting burden of his medical expenses.
