On Wednesday, Cuba Gooding Jr. faced two new civil lawsuits, marking the latest legal challenges amid a series of troubling complaints.
Earlier in Manhattan Criminal Court, a critic expressed dissatisfaction with a plea deal, stating, “This plea deal feels like a misstep.”
Gooding Jr. had been slated for a civil trial in June related to allegations of rape in 2013, which was settled in the eleventh hour with undisclosed terms after the accuser initially sought $6 million in damages.
