A Georgia judge has mandated that Tiffany Haddish abstain from alcohol and illegal drugs, subject to random drug testing, following her second DUI arrest.
The decision, prompted by prosecutors seeking to modify her bond conditions, was based on an arrest in Los Angeles where Haddish was found asleep in her car with the engine running.
The judge’s order prohibits drinking, drug use (including CBD), and mandates drug testing within therapeutic limits.
Haddish’s trial in the Georgia case was postponed, with her accusing officers of an “unlawful search.”
Meanwhile, her DUI arrest in LA is under review, and she faces a $1 million lawsuit from an ex-friend.
