Vin Diesel, known for his role as Dominic Toretto in “Furious 7,” faces allegations of sexual battery from his former assistant, Asta Jonasson.
In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, Jonasson claims Diesel forcibly kissed, groped her, and engaged in inappropriate behavior, including masturbating in her presence.
The incident reportedly occurred in 2010 while she worked for Diesel during the filming of “Fast Five” in Atlanta.
The accusations have surfaced under the protections of the Speak Out Act and California’s AB2777, allowing legal action despite non-disclosure agreements and the lifting of the statute of limitations on relevant allegations.
