Renowned Nigerian family sitcom, “The Johnsons,” officially bids farewell after 13 years of captivating audiences on Africa Magic.
Charles Inojie, who portrayed Lucky Johnson, expressed gratitude to the dedicated fans, cast, and crew who accompanied the series throughout its television tenure.
The show, centered around the daily challenges of an average Lagos family, marked an era of magic, awesomeness, and being Africa’s most-watched program.
Despite challenges, including the loss of beloved character Emu (Ada Ameh) and the departure of actors like Spiff (Samuel Ajibola), “The Johnsons” maintained its status as one of Africa’s most-watched television shows.
