He gained rights to various nicknames and catchphrases from his wrestling days, including “Candy Ass” and “If you smell what The Rock is cooking,” as part of his involvement with TKO Group Holdings. The list also includes “The Rock,” “The People’s Champion,” and more.

The agreement grants Johnson ownership of related logos and marks, excluding WWE copyrighted footage.

His TKO deal involves $30 million in stock, vesting through 2025, and ongoing royalties, as outlined in the SEC filing.
