Pelumi Nubi, recognized for her courageous solo road trip from London to Lagos, has been appointed as the new brand ambassador for Lagos State tourism.
The Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwolu, honored Pelumi with a warm reception, presenting her with keys to a new car and gifting her a home in Lagos.
Pelumi, who embarked on her journey on January 30th and arrived in Lagos on April 7th, joyfully shared the news on her Instagram, expressing gratitude to Governor Sanwoolu for the generous support, including covering all expenses for her London to Lagos trip, a new car with a custom plate (NUBI -9JA), and a beautiful home in Lagos.
