Milo Yiannopoulos, the Chief of Staff for Kanye West’s Yeezy brand, has officially resigned, as reported by TMZ on Wednesday.
The 39-year-old right-wing commentator confirmed his departure, expressing well wishes for the rapper’s future endeavors.
Yiannopoulos cited concerns about West’s new team and distanced himself from Yeezy’s new porn venture, stating moral and religious objections to involvement in adult content production.
He shared his resignation letter with TMZ, highlighting his stance against participating in such activities due to personal reasons as a recovering addict and former homosexual.
Yiannopoulos emphasized that he would ensure a smooth transition out of the role by May 31, 2024, or sooner if the adult film project commenced.
He expressed willingness to return to Yeezy if West publicly abandoned plans involving obscene content.
Yiannopoulos previously collaborated with West during the rapper’s 2024 presidential campaign.
He claimed to have facilitated a meeting between West, former President Donald Trump, and far-right figure Nick Fuentes in November 2022.
TMZ also reported on multiple departures of higher-ups at Yeezy recently, though it’s unclear if West’s adult film studio plans contributed to these exits.
Reports surfaced last month about West’s foray into adult films, with TMZ disclosing his collaboration with industry veteran Mike Moz, former husband of Stormy Daniels.
Moz clarified that the project would be innovative and distinct from traditional porn studios, suggesting it would be a unique venture.
