According to reports by Diario Libre, the Court of Appeals in the Judicial District of La Vega has issued a warrant for Daniel Hernandez, also known as 6ix9ine, declaring him “in rebellion” since June 2024.
Authorities in the Dominican Republic are asking for his detention in any country where he is found, unless he chooses to turn himself in.
This case stems from an alleged assault in October 2023 involving two record producers in the Dominican Republic.
The producers’ lawyers have recently filed a motion requesting his arrest.
The incident reportedly took place during a recording session with 6ix9ine’s former girlfriend, Yailin La Mas Viral.
Earlier this year, Hernandez was arrested again for domestic violence, but was released on a $500,000 bond. He was ordered to pay $500, participate in government counseling, and report back every two months until the case regarding his alleged abuse of Yailin is resolved.
