There has long been tension between rapper 50 Cent and Sean “Diddy” Combs, and that was once again evident when 50 Cent reacted to Diddy’s arrest by posting on X.
Shortly after Diddy was arrested and charged with multiple federal crimes in New York City, 50 Cent shared a post referencing the news.
The charges stemmed from a federal indictment following a raid on Diddy’s properties, where officials reportedly found hundreds of bottles of lubricant and baby oil.
Although Diddy was once highly regarded in the music and entertainment world, his reputation has significantly declined.
50 Cent, known for his rivalry with Diddy, took the opportunity to mock him on social media amidst the charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
In his post, 50 Cent said, “Here I am keeping good company with @DrewBarrymoreTV and I don’t have 1,000 bottles of lube at the house,” referencing the items found during the raid. The comment, though seemingly humorous, was clearly aimed at Diddy.
Users on X quickly responded, with one noting, “This man never misses a chance to drag Diddy,” while another added, “No one hates like him and I love it.”
This is not the first time 50 Cent has publicly mocked Diddy. Their feud, which fans have followed for years, reportedly began when 50 Cent ghostwrote for Diddy but was never signed as a rapper.
Over time, 50 Cent has made various comments about Diddy, including joking about avoiding “Puffy parties.”
While the latest post may not seem serious, it serves as yet another jab in their ongoing rivalry.
