On Tuesday, October 15, the 34-year-old singer announced the release of a new book titled Taylor Swift: Eras Tour Book, which will feature never-before-seen concert footage for her fans, known as Swifties. The book will be available nationwide on Black Friday.
This official retrospective of the Eras Tour, which took place across five continents and over 100 shows, will be exclusively sold at Target starting November 29.
The hardcover book consists of 256 pages with more than 500 images, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the concert’s creation, Swift’s performances, exclusive rehearsal photos, and her personal reflections on the experience.
Swift expressed her excitement about the book, stating, “Here is the official retrospective of the most wondrous tour of my life, my beloved Eras Tour. Thank you to the fans who came to this show. You were what made The Eras Tour what it became.”
In addition to the book, Swift will also release her album, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology, on vinyl and CD exclusively through Target for the first time.
Previously available only in digital format, both the CD and vinyl versions will include 31 songs along with four bonus acoustic tracks. The vinyl edition features four marbled, translucent discs and includes a never-before-seen 12 x 12-inch poster of Swift.
On her Instagram, Swift mentioned, “We’ll be kicking off the final leg of The Eras Tour this week, which is hard to comprehend. This tour has been the most wondrous experience, and I wanted to commemorate the memories we made together in a special way. Well, two ways actually.”
She is set to perform three dates in Miami on October 18, 19, and 20.
The Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour Book will be priced at $39.99 at Target on November 29, while The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology will cost $17.99 for the CD and $59.99 for the vinyl, both available on the same date.
The Eras Tour which began on March 17, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona, and will conclude in Vancouver on December 8.
