Sean “Diddy” Combs has submitted a fresh bail request, arguing that recent developments and new evidence support his release while he prepares for his May trial.
His attorneys filed the motion on Friday in Manhattan federal court.
Combs has been denied bail twice since his September arrest on charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty. He is currently held at a federal detention center in Brooklyn.
Prosecutors have yet to comment on the new request.
