Bryana “Bana” Bongolan has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Diddy, alleging sexual battery, false imprisonment, and other claims stemming from an incident in September 2016. According to the lawsuit, the alleged assault occurred at singer Cassie Ventura’s apartment prior to her 2018 split from Diddy.

Bryana claims Diddy, enraged, stormed into the apartment, groped her, and when she resisted, held her over a 17th-floor balcony before slamming her into patio furniture.

The suit describes the incident as part of a pattern of threats and violence, with Diddy allegedly calling himself “the devil” and making death threats, which caused Bryana significant physical and emotional trauma.

Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, labeling them baseless and part of a series of threats by Bryana to sue since last year.

A representative expressed confidence that the claims would be dismissed, asserting faith in the judicial process to reveal the truth.

Amid mounting lawsuits and accusations, Diddy has consistently denied wrongdoing.

However, he remains detained at the MDC as courts continue to reject his bail requests, citing him as a flight risk and a threat to the community.
