Diddy’s youngest son, Christian Combs, was served with legal papers at his father’s Miami mansion after being accused of assault by Grace O’Marcaigh. Grace, who worked as a stewardess, filed a lawsuit claiming Christian assaulted her while she worked on a yacht in July 2022.
The yacht was chartered by Diddy, and Christian was onboard. Grace says the trip became chaotic, with drug use and other issues.
She alleges Christian pressured her to drink, grabbed her arm, and became physical with her. Grace says she fought him off and reported the incident to her captain, but the captain didn’t believe her. As a result, she claims she lost her job, her relationship, and suffered emotional and mental distress.
Grace is seeking compensation for the harm she says Christian caused her.
Diddy’s lawyer has criticized Grace’s legal team for filing the lawsuit.
