Michael Ilesanmi, a star from “90 Day Fiancé,” is seeking financial assistance from the public as he faces a legal dispute with his estranged wife, Angela Deem.
On Tuesday, August 13, Ilesanmi launched a GoFundMe campaign, raising over $11,000 of the $25,000 he needs.
In his statement, he explained that he’s in a difficult situation due to legal actions taken by Angela, requiring him to seek costly legal counsel. He expressed his reluctance to ask for money but emphasized that he needs support due to the legal challenges he’s facing.
Reports indicate that in June, Deem filed for an annulment, alleging that Ilesanmi, her 36-year-old Nigerian husband, married her with the sole intention of obtaining permanent residency in the U.S. She accused him of conspiring with other Nigerian men to deceive U.S. citizens into marriage for this purpose.
However, in a recent episode of “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?,” a private investigator hired by Deem found no evidence supporting claims that Ilesanmi had scammed, cheated on her, or had unethical motives for the marriage.
