A 19-year-old Sri Lankan national, identified as Frank Desouza, has been arrested in Ottawa, Canada, and charged with six counts of first-degree murder, including four children.
The victims, a family from Sri Lanka, were found in their home after police responded to two 911 calls reporting a suspicious incident.
The youngest victim was less than 3 months old.
