Godwin Emefiele, the former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, has been released from the Kuje Correctional Centre after meeting his N300m bail condition, granted by a Federal Capital Territory High Court in relation to alleged procurement fraud.
He fulfilled the bail requirements, including providing two sureties with property titles in the Maitama District of Abuja, and depositing his travel documents with the court registrar.
