On Monday, a Minneapolis childcare worker was arrested after being accused of taking explicit photos of children at his workplace.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) received a tip, obtained a search warrant, and discovered child sexual abuse material at the 39-year-old man’s home. Some of the images were found to have been taken at the daycare center, which has not been named but is cooperating with authorities to identify the victims and inform their families.
The suspect is currently in Hennepin County Jail, awaiting formal charges, with prosecutors expected to decide on charges soon.
